Dawn L. Hirai is vice president of the corporate and public affairs division. She provides counsel to various clients including the James Campbell Company, Hawai‘i Tourism Authority, Castle & Cooke Hawaii and Kiewit Infrastructure West.
Dawn has extensive experience working in the executive and legislative branches of Hawai‘i State Government. Prior to joining Stryker Weiner & Yokota Public Relations, Inc. in 2004, she was the senior advisor to the vice speaker of the House of Representatives. She also served as a special assistant to former Governor Benjamin Cayetano during his two terms in office.
Dawn serves on the board of directors of the Kalihi-Palama Health Center and the Hawaii Cord Blood Bank. She is a graduate of Kalani High School and the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
